    Absoultely, it’s important to see a healthcare professional if you’ve been living a sedentary lifestyle for some time.

    And I’m also a strong believer that once you start an exercise program, you stand a much better chance of sticking to it if you incorporate some form of physical activity into your lifestyle that you enjoy – instead of trying to stick to a gym program that you hate.
