Good one. Like you said, it’s debatable as to which foods truly are the 10 healthiest because there are a huge amount of healthy foods out there. But you’ve definitely picked out some good ones and you’ve got a good variety which is important. Some of my personal favorites in there

Good and hygienic foods are very important to live a healthier life. Healthy life comes with the healthy food. It’s true that preserving of nutrients of the food can be done by streaming rather frying it. You made a nice list of hygienic foods. I would have to say, always strive to get nutrient naturally first and foremost. Above and beyond, it is always a good idea to get plenty of antioxidants, and a good amount of omega 3 daily. Not to downplay the benefit of any particular nutrient, but those two groups are paramount!
